Our actions to limit the risks of contamination of Covid-19

Dear Client,
Following the Covid-19 health crisis, here are the measures that we have decided to implement
place in our Hotel to welcome you safely:
At the reception :
- Wearing a mandatory mask for all our staff
- Wearing the desired mask for our customers
- Respect of a distance of 1 meter between each person
- Placing a plexiglass plate on the desk to contain the risk of contamination
- Provision of a bottle of hydroalcoholic solution available to customers and
a bottle for receptionists
- Collection of pens, confectionery, flyers, newspapers and magazines available at reception
- Disinfection of door handles, doorbells, TPE and keys between each passage of
clients
- Ventilation of common areas every hour
- Payment on arrival and invoice sent by email, unless expressly requested
- A key box was put at the reception so that customers can deposit them during the
departure (disinfection between each client)
- Our lift is limited to one person per trip
Given the mode of propagation of the Covid-19, it is no longer conceivable to offer a breakfast
buffet style. Here is our new organization:
- Breakfast service only in the room
- When the customer arrives, we offer a breakfast sheet to choose its composition
and the hour of service
- We will not apply any additional cost for breakfast in the room
- A luggage rack will be placed outside the room to deposit the tray in order to
recover without it being placed on the ground
For the bedroom:
- For customers staying several days, we do not do any more cleaning during the
stay, but you will be offered sheets and towels every day
- All paper supports, welcome booklet have been removed
- Our decorative elements (bed throw, decorative cushions, etc.) have been removed
- Extra blankets have been removed but are available upon request
- Air conditioning: we recommend cutting the air flow or directing the flow
air to the ceiling
- When the customer leaves: we ask each customer to open the window before
flow (and switch off the air conditioning / heating) in order to ventilate the
room before the passage of the floor staff
